Join us to learn simple ways to quiet the mind and learn how meditation can be beneficial in managing chronic pain. You will learn a variety of meditation techniques that you can easily practice whenever you need it most.
This presentation takes place during the first hour of the Women’s Cancer Support Group. All welcome.
