Overview:
The repetition of a sound, word or phrase while meditating focuses the mind and becomes a source of wellbeing. Mantra mediation is easy to learn and practice. It involves the silent repetition of a single vibrational sound or phrase. In this class we will learn and practice this technique with a variety of sounds and mantras.
