When we are experiencing stress, our body’s protective mechanisms can be activated in a fear response aimed at keeping us alive, even at times when we are not in mortal danger. We can use our body’s cues to notice our reactions and learn how to draw on principles of play and rest to help alleviate our stress. Come explore ways to relax and restore a sense of equilibrium. No previous meditative experience necessary.
