Come experience Laughter Yoga, an exercise program for Health and Wellbeing. The yoga part of Laughter is the combination of Laughter Exercises with yoga breathing techniques ( Pranayama ). This type of yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter powered to tackle what comes your way.
