An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until November 18, 2021

Join us to learn simple ways to quiet the mind and learn how meditation can be beneficial to your overall health. You will learn a variety of meditation techniques that you can easily practice whenever you need it most. Come to one or all classes.
