DESCRIPTION:ANNOUNCEMENT: This class is hybrid (in-person and online) as of July 1! To sign-up for one of the four (4) in-person spots\, please email Andrea Kunwald at least 2 days before the class you want to attend in person at kunwalda@gmail.com. \nMeditative art journaling lets you process the experience of cancer in a carefree and artful way. You can choose to draw\, focus on writing and/or use collage materials. You do not need any art or writing experience. Each class will include a short meditation\, setting an intention or finding inspiration through a poem\, followed by our creative time\, free writing\, and closing. For those of you who enjoy Writing for the Moment and Open Studio Process\, this has elements similar to both.
