DESCRIPTION:Each class in this series will include part lecture and part movement. Movements will be very light intensity. Light cardio exercise (5 min to 10 min)\, breathing exercise\, range of motion exercise\, and some strength exercise (strength exercise will be done using body weight). Most of the exercise will be done on the chair or holding on to the chair. Since the lessons will build over time\, please plan on attending the entire series.
