DESCRIPTION:This Virtual Cancer Workshop\, led by Denise Carrico\, will focus on living well when you support someone living with cancer. She will discuss self-care and building resilience to support your well-being as you support your loved one. Sessions are an interactive mix of sharing and experiential learning. This workshop consists of two evening sessions each 2-hours long via Zoom. To ensure maximum group benefit\, participants must participate in both sessions.
