Join us for a lively discussion\, with a few in-the-moment writing prompts to allow both inward-reflecting and outward-sharing. \nThere will be four classes in this series\, in January and February connected to the book by Mark Nepo titled\, “Falling Down and Getting Up: Discovering Your Inner Resilience and Strength (Book 1) and in March and April connected to the book by Connie Zweig\, PhD titled\, “The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul” (Book 2). \n                                                                                                                                 \nSign up by the first week of January for Book 1 and March for Book 2. Book will be mailed to you upon request with your registration. Reading assignments will be given 2 weeks in advance of each meeting.
