DESCRIPTION:Play is essential to our wellbeing–adding joy to life\, relieving stress\, enhancing learning and promoting connection with ourselves and others. There are many simple ways to incorporate more playfulness into your daily life as a form of self-care. We will talk about the physical and emotional benefits… and then…it’s time to play! Creative expression and a fun art project will be our gateway. No experience required\, simply bring your enthusiastic spirit. (We have paper\, pens\, markers or watercolors available.)
