DESCRIPTION:Restorative yoga is a slow-paced yoga that encourages physical\, mental\, and emotional relaxation which focuses on long holds\, stillness\, and deep breathing. No experience necessary. Open to patients and caregivers. \nSome common props you’ll need for the series:\n• One yoga mat\n• Two-three blankets\n• Three to five bed or couch pillows.
