DESCRIPTION:When appetite is low or large meals feel overwhelming during cancer treatment\, small\, nutrient-dense meals can make a big difference. In this in-person class\, participants will learn simple ways to nourish their bodies with flavorful mini meals that are easy to eat and packed with nutrients. We’ll explore practical strategies for adding protein\, healthy fats\, and key nutrients into smaller portions throughout the day. Participants will also have the opportunity to taste samples and leave with ideas for satisfying snacks and mini meals that support energy and healing.
