This series will provide space for allowing healthcare workers to access the innate healing power within you to create a self-compassionate way of life\, both personally and professionally. \nYou are welcome to attend either the Morning or Evening series. You will receive access to 6 individual modules that you can watch at your own pace. Each weekly session is 45-minutes in a group format with others participating in the series.
