It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on balance between the mind\, body\, and spirit. It focuses on self-care\, bringing our conscious awareness to daily routine and lifestyle choices that enhance important aspects of our health\, including stress management\, nutrition\, sleep\, and exercise. It is considered complementary to medical treatment and not a substitute. In Ayurveda\, there is no “one size fits all” prescription for well-being.
