DESCRIPTION:Through his years as Medical Director of Cancer Rehabilitation Services at Swedish Cancer Institute\, David observed all too often people who had completed treatment eager but unable to return to\, or get close to\, pre-cancer exercise and athletic performance. Sometimes they were demoralized\, chronically fatigued\, and frustrated.In this three-session series you will be introduced to a new approach to orienting to post-treatment exercise\, a way of befriending your body and learning new training tactics.
