DESCRIPTION:In this massage technique class\, our focus is on self-care through the practice of massage. We will use nurturing oils that nourish\, revitalize\, and warm the skin & soft tissues. Swedish massage techniques will focus on reducing stress and imbalances in the body resulting in an overall sense of wellbeing.
