DESCRIPTION:Laughter gets energy flowing. Tapping helps it settle and release. We will start with laughter yoga – the deep breathing and playful movement will increase the oxygen flow\, get the circulation going and stimulate the lymphatic system — in addition to reducing stress and tension! Then we will transition into EFT Tapping where we will regulate the nervous system\, reducing emotional and physical tension.
