DESCRIPTION:Mind-body practices are part of a “whole-system” approach to health. This class will discuss how mind-body practices\, such as meditation and breath exercises\, reduce physical stress and improve the functioning of important aspects of our physicality\, such as heart rate variability and Vagus nerve stimulation.
