DESCRIPTION:Each class in this 8-week series will include part lecture and part movement. Movements will be very light intensity. Light cardio exercise (5 min to 10 min)\, breathing exercise\, range of motion exercise\, and some strength exercise (strength exercise will be done using body weight).
