DESCRIPTION:In this slow-paced guided walk\, with a distance between 1-2 miles total\, we will connect with nature through silent\, slow-paced walking and pausing at various points to take in what we see\, smell\, and feel. Begins with short guided meditation and walking instructions. Ends with optional sharing. Nature journals provided. Requires mobility on natural trails\, with virtual option. \nLocation: The Arboretum \nFor those joining in person\, you will be emailed two days prior to the event with location details.
