Fear of recurrence is a topic we return to often at our Ovarian Support Group, usually through the emotional and personal side of living with that uncertainty. This November, we’re taking a different angle: Dr. Paley, a board-certified gynecologic oncologist with over 25 years of experience treating women with complex gynecologic cancers, will join us to speak to the medical side- what treatment options and ongoing surveillance actually look like for ovarian cancer patients, and how understanding that process can ease some of the fear that comes with it.
