Creative expression is a powerful way to cope with the challenges of cancer. This summer, unwind and explore the flowing beauty of watercolor as you experiment with different techniques. All skill levels are welcome!
It’s a summer beach theme for watercolor
SUPPLIES:
- Pencil & Eraser
- Watercolor or Mix-Media paper (1 larger piece & several smaller pieces to practice techniques)
- Watercolor paint box of 8 or more colors
- White acrylic paint (optional)
- Palette, large plastic lid or waxy paper plate for color mixing
- Masking or painter’s tape
- Tray or clipboard (optional)
- Paper towels for blotting brush & creating clouds
- 2 separate cups of water (1 to rinse, 1 of clean water)
- Thin & medium round tip paint brushes
- Wider flat tip paint brush
- Ultra-fine tip waterproof black pen
- Mat/tray/newspaper under your paints, project, tools & water for easy clean-up
