End of Life Series: A Life Changing Journey Sponsored by Cancer Lifeline
This six-week series is a living laboratory in which we will explore beliefs, fears, dreams, and desires for what is most important. We will be using a tool named Best 3 Months that will explore the 5 areas of life, End-of-Life fulfillment, care, and planning process. This will be a life-changing, transformational process. It goes beyond Advanced Directives, DNR’s and Living Wills. It accomplishes some of the following:-Simulates an end-of -life journey much like a hero’s journey you embark on as if it is your last 3 months of life.
-Creates a Best 3 Months Vision chart and Plan of Care.
-Uses a total health and wellness approach that increases and focuses on care people want and need in 5 areas of life: Spiritual, Physical/Environmental, Emotional, Leaving a Legacy, and Practical after death plans.
-Assumes we are our current health and age, so we do not postpone what is most important Now!
-Focuses on what people want vs what they do not want during the end of life.
