Fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) is one of the most common and distressing long-term challenges faced by cancer survivors. This presentation explores what FCR is, why it occurs, and how it can be effectively supported and managed. Ultimately, the goal is to foster empowerment, improve quality of life, and promote resilience throughout survivorship—so individuals can live more fully in the present, even while facing uncertainty about the future.
