Cancer & Nutrition: What to Eat When Nothing Tastes Good Sponsored by Virginia Mason Franciscan Health
April 7 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm PDT
Changes in taste and smell are common during cancer treatment and can make eating feel frustrating or unappealing. In this class, we’ll explore practical strategies to help you find foods that are more enjoyable and easier to tolerate, even when flavors seem off or muted. Participants will learn which foods and textures may be more appealing, which to limit, and how to enhance flavor in simple ways. This session focuses on helping you stay nourished, maintain strength, and feel more comfortable with eating throughout treatment and beyond.
