Forest Bathing is a simple Japanese practice aimed at stress reduction that can be as simple as walking in any natural environment and intentionally connecting with the present moment. In this presentation, you’ll learn about the benefits of Forest Bathing and be introduced to forest essential oils to boost emotional wellbeing & reduce stress.
