Loneliness is a state, marked by a sense of isolation. Solitude, on the other hand, can be a positive, generative state, that allows for personal reflection, growth, and enjoyment. Using mindfulness, writing exercise and images, we will explore ways to shift from loneliness to solitude during and after your experience with metastatic cancer.
