Creative Expression for Diverting Anxiety

Exploring creative ways to express and divert anxiety can be a great outlet for dealing with overwhelming emotions. This class aims to provide playful ways to process feelings of anxiety through expressive arts and give you some easy and approachable tools in your self-care toolbox. Sometimes the simplest things can be the most helpful! Suggested supplies include some of the following: Paper, paints, brushes, magazines, pens and/or colored pencils, glue, and scissors.
