End of Life Fulfillment, Care & Planning

We will be looking at end of life wishes and how you can implement them, along with priorities and choices will in advance of an end-of-life event. This is an in-depth inquiry process. There will be reflection questions to guide you through the process. Please try to attend the entire series.
