End of Life Series: Preparing for Death, A Life Changing Journey

This six-week series will offer practical strategies and a supportive opportunity for participants to do a deeper dive into the end-of-life, whenever that may come. Develop a clearer plan of what you want your end-of-life to look like based on your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs that is informed by a life review. Participants will be invited to explore beliefs, fears and dreams of what is most important in anticipation of their own death. At the completion of this six-week series you will have developed a vision map with action steps that will help with the care and planning for end-of-life.
