Healing Circles offer a path to healing through a process that invites us to embrace our wholeness. It is a time set aside to attune, gather intention around and consider how compassion can provide the platform for renewal. Through reflection, intention, silence, and sharing we allow for a sacred pause in our lives to acknowledge our individual and communal desire to ease suffering, ours and others. As humans, we heal in community and so the circle provides a bridge to embracing our wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
