In the event of a medical emergency, do you know what interventions you would, or would not, want? Do your loved ones know? Do you have someone designated to make decisions on your behalf, if you’re unable to? In this 2-hour workshop we will discuss your WISHES, talk about what is important to you, and learn what makes a good healthcare agent. You will have an opportunity to share “what a good day” means to you and think about your end of life choices. Advance care planning is about living!
