[IN-PERSON] Cancer & Creative Expression: Visual Journaling for Self-Discovery Sponsored by Virginia Mason Franciscan Health
Art-journaling is a safe space to explore your creativity while delving into powerful thoughts and emotions. As a regular practice, it can become a personally significant tool for navigating the cancer journey. Colors, lines, shapes and imagery help us process and communicate feelings and ideas that might be too complex for words alone. We will learn a variety of ways to delve into our stories with a variety of creative expression techniques. No previous experience required. All materials will be provided. Although this class is in person, we still use Zoom as a registration tool, so please click the link below to register.
