[IN-PERSON] Equine Support Workshops Sponsored by Courageous Connections

September 19 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm PDT

Discover the healing power of connecting with horses in this unique workshop designed for individuals living with cancer. Research shows that bonding with horses can have profound benefits for our mental and emotional well-being. In this session, hosted by Cancer Lifeline, you’ll learn how interacting with horses can provide valuable tools to manage the stress of daily life with cancer. While participants won’t be riding, you’ll have the chance to groom and walk the horses, creating meaningful connections. This in-person workshop will take place at Courageous Connections near Lake Stevens.

*Registration closes the Monday prior to the event to ensure sufficient volunteers and staff. Ages 5 and above.
