Meditative Summer Art Journaling Sponsored by Overlake Hospital Medical Center

May 6, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm PDT

ANNOUNCEMENT: This class is hybrid (in-person and online) as of July 1! To sign-up for one of the four (4) in-person spots, please email Andrea Kunwald at least 2 days before the class you want to attend in person at [email protected].

Meditative art journaling lets you process the experience of cancer in a carefree and artful way. You can choose to draw, focus on writing and/or use collage materials. You do not need any art or writing experience. Each class will include a short meditation, setting an intention or finding inspiration through a poem, followed by our creative time, free writing, and closing. For those of you who enjoy Writing for the Moment and Open Studio Process, this has elements similar to both. Bring your store bought journal or create your own.
