[In-Person & Online] Nature & Cancer: Guided Walks Sponsored by Cancer Lifeline

In these slow-paced guided walks, with a distance between 1-2 miles total, we will connect with nature through silent, slow-paced walking and pausing at various points to take in what we see, smell, and feel. Begins with short guided meditation and walking instructions. Ends with optional sharing. Nature journals provided. Requires mobility on natural trails, with virtual option.
