Living with the uncertainty, fear, anxiety and sadness that often accompany a cancer diagnosis can leave us feeling undone and out of control. While these are normal, healthy emotions in response to a life changing event, there are healthy and unhealthy ways to deal with them. Come learn skills and strategies for coping well with the roller coaster of emotions that come along with living with cancer.
