This presentation will help you to understand that the body is not just fighting cancer, it is healing from the stress of it, and the nervous system is the control center for this process. We will cover nervous system functioning, tuning in, and your regulation routine. This presentation is intentioned to be experiential in nature. We will end with reflection and creating a simple daily plan. Attunement with your nervous system may help manage the day-to-day stressors of cancer.
