Self-Massage: Winter Warm up for Hands & Feet Sponsored by Valley Medical Center

In this self-massage technique class, our focus is on self-care through the practice of massage. In this class we will focus our massage techniques on the legs, feet, and arms, finishing with a gentle face massage to release tight jaw muscles and congested sinuses that can contribute to headaches and jaw pain.
