It’s common to leave medical appointments with new questions, lingering concerns, or a feeling that there wasn’t enough time to cover everything that mattered to you. In this class, you’ll learn practical tools to help improve communication with your healthcare team so you feel heard, informed, and confident in your care. We’ll explore strategies for organizing your questions, advocating for your needs during appointments, and building stronger, more collaborative relationships with your care providers. This session is designed to help you feel empowered and prepared before, during, and after medical visits.
