The Importance of Lymphedema Education Sponsored by Salish Cancer Center

Not all cancer treatment puts one at risk of lymphedema, but if you’ve had a sentinel node, or multiple lymph nodes removed, or radiation to an area that has lymph nodes, this presentation will be of interest to you. It’s very helpful to know how the lymph system may have been impacted by your treatment, signs to keep an eye on, and ways to reduce your risk of lymphedema in the future. There will be time for questions at the end.
