Writing Series: Finding Your Secret Keys to Wellbeing Sponsored by EvergreenHealth
A key is something you carry within — your awareness, your choices, your self-compassion. It can unlock closed doors that keep you from your healthiest, happiest self. We each have those keys in our possession, but they might be hidden somewhere and we need to find them. Or maybe they’re right there, dangling from our key chains, but we haven’t used them for a while and need to wiggle them a little to get the lock to open.
Session 1: We’ll identify the doors that seem to lock us out.
Session 2: We’ll search for the keys to open them.
Session 3: We’ll explore how we can regularly practice using these keys as we continuously strive for holistic wellness.
