EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapy that can be a coping tool to address cancer related trauma. People often make new connections insights as a result of the therapeutic approach. In this presentation we will discuss the elements of EMDR and how it can assist in recovery from the upheaval of cancer, and how to find an EMDR therapist in your community.
