Creating a personal mandala can be calming and inspirational. Learn how to combine colors, patterns, symbols or images that mean something special to you, honoring and expressing your own story.

Supplies:

Pen / pencil

Paper (plain, non-lined, white or light color, several sheets)

Coloring media (your choice):  markers, colored pens, crayons, pastels, watercolor

Scissors

Tape or glue

Something round to trace a circle (for example, a dinner plate)

Magazines (optional)

Any word, quote or phrase that inspires you (optional)
