Coping with Cancer: Interrupting Repetitive thoughts and Worries Sponsored by Overlake Medical Center

In this course, we will focus on learning to identify and break free from unhealthy thought patterns that can keep us stuck in a fight, flight, or freeze response. By learning how to break free of these thought patterns, we can create more spaciousness and ease in our day-to-day experience.
