Visualizations can be created for daily use and during and following cancer therapy. Guided imagery is useful to relax at bedtime or if awakened in the middle of the night. Guided visualization practices are unique to each person and most people find them enjoyable and satisfying. In this class we will experience a number of techniques, including mindful body connection, breath with color visualization and guided imagery.
