Being diagnosed with cancer is shocking. In addition to the deep learning you are suddenly forced into regarding your specific type of cancer, the fear, anxiety, and even PTSD symptoms can be overwhelming. In this presentation you will learn about EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other body-based methods for tending to the hidden wounds of a cancer diagnosis.
