Have you experienced times when you’ve sat for extended periods of time and you have stood up to move and your back felt stiff? The fascia (connective tissues) can stiffen with inactivity due to treatment and recovery which may create pain. When the fascia is tight, the muscles feel even tighter. Join us to learn specific movements, done in a sequence, that will help the body ‘loosen up’ and increase your range of motion.
