Are you a patient, caregiver, family member, or friend navigating a cancer diagnosis? This 6-week offering will support you through all kinds of transitions that come with serious illness, teaching you skills to process and better cope with the ups and downs and create a resilient foundation to weather whatever life has in store for you. Learn more about the power that exists within you and how to reconnect with the incredible person you are, no matter what is happening in your life. Each session is a blend of education, skill-building, practice, and reflection – come to one or all.
