Everyone experiences challenging emotional states. We don’t always know how to manage these big feelings. Using the R.A.I.N Meditation tool developed by Michelle McDonald, we will practice maintaining awareness of your thoughts and feelings, without judgement. R.A.I.N is an acronym, the four letters standing for: Recognize, Accept, Investigate & Nurture.
